done... kinda. just under 20lbs according to my ultimate scale. still waiting for my own wheels and a different fork lower. thanks to john for letting me borrow his brand new never ridden racewheelset to get this little honey going.
congrats, rach. it is one stellar looking rig. the whole things seems nice and stiff, bif fat tubes. how does it ride compared with your other custom steel rigs (of present or past)?
thanks. james, i've decided to wear a camel bak with all my water feed luck. goat- i dunno, i plan on riding this tomorrow and thursday pull the walt- but who knows. it's great to have options. joe- i've only ridden it 11 miles on the pavement. and don't laugh because i'm serious, it felt lively down the curbs and the 50 ft of singletrack i took it on. i'll give you a report soon.

Just a thought, maybe put *two* water bottle cages on it?

Kidding, it looks amazing, and I know it's damned light!
