i fucking hate it. customer service blows. they've been here 3 times in the past 3 weeks and we still have the same problems and now we have more! anyone have dish?

I never had problems with our dish, but that was a few years ago.
We had dish in Plainfield and I liked it. We would lose the signal every now and then with heavy snow or rain. Now we have cableone digital tv, internet and cable phone. Phone is $30 a month for local and unlimited long distance....but it they're not in IL yet.
i have/had dish network and it has been reliable. The only exceptions are in extreme weather conditions...usually the precise times when you want to be dialed into weather or just camping out and watching HBO. Dish customer service has been acceptable, but not great. I've heard numerous horror stories about Direct TV and that's what led me to Dish.
